Order Agreement and Fee Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Web Sourcy, located in San Francisco, California, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, costs, and conditions:

Refund and Cancellation Fees:

If you cancel within 24 hours of order placement before any design delivery or revision request, you are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
If cancellation is requested before delivery of the initial design, a refund minus a 10% service and processing fee applies.
If a refund is requested within 48 hours of initial design delivery: refund minus 10% fee; 66% refund eligibility.
If refund requested between 48–120 hours: refund minus 10% fee; 33% refund eligibility.
No refunds after 120 hours from initial design delivery.
No refunds after final files have been delivered.
No refunds for website packages after website build or deployment.
No refunds for video animation after storyboard approval.

Unlimited free revisions are capped at 30 revisions per project.
Additional revisions beyond 30 will incur an extra charge (quoted based on project scope).

If no communication is received from you for more than 45 days, your project will be archived.
Reactivation after 45 days requires payment of a $100 reactivation fee.

Rush delivery of first logo samples within 24 hours is available for an additional $100 rush fee.

If a refund is approved, you forfeit all rights to use, reproduce, or display any designs or deliverables provided by Web Sourcy, and these rights revert fully to Web Sourcy.

Some services may involve third-party vendors subject to their own terms and costs, which you agree to when using such features.
