Effective date: August 31, 2026
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to professional and digital services purchased from Web Sourcy Inc. It should be read together with the WebSourcy Service Terms and the scope of the selected product, proposal or invoice.
1. Before the project starts
A customer may request cancellation before WebSourcy begins work. Eligible payments will be refunded, less payment-processing charges, nonrecoverable third-party purchases and any separately authorized discovery or preparation already completed.
2. After work has started
Once work begins, completed labor, completed milestones, deposits allocated to performed work, purchased licenses and other nonrecoverable costs are not refundable. If a project contains distinct uncompleted milestones, WebSourcy may provide a proportional refund or account credit for the unearned portion.
3. Completed digital and custom services
Completed custom services and delivered digital work are generally non-refundable. If a delivered service materially differs from its published or agreed scope, the customer must notify WebSourcy with specific evidence within fourteen calendar days after delivery. WebSourcy will have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue before a refund is considered.
4. Delivery delays
A customer may request a remedy when WebSourcy cannot deliver within a materially extended timeframe for reasons solely within WebSourcy’s control. Estimated dates automatically extend when the customer delays content, access, feedback, approvals or payment, or when hosting providers, software vendors, platforms or other third parties cause the delay.
5. Customer information and access
Projects do not begin until required information and authorized access are received. Failure to provide required materials does not create a right to a refund. If required information remains unavailable for thirty calendar days, WebSourcy may place the project on hold. Reactivation may require rescheduling or a new quote.
6. Revisions and change requests
Dissatisfaction based on requests outside the purchased scope is not grounds for a refund. Included revisions will be completed according to the selected package. New concepts, features, pages, integrations or other scope changes require a separate quote.
7. Third-party products and fees
Domains, hosting, templates, premium plugins, API credits, advertising spend, stock media, payment-processing fees and other third-party purchases are governed by their providers and are not refundable by WebSourcy unless WebSourcy receives a corresponding refund.
8. Results that cannot be guaranteed
Refunds are not issued solely because a service does not produce a desired ranking, traffic level, advertising approval, conversion rate, sales result, security outcome or third-party platform decision. WebSourcy guarantees only the agreed work and correction of reproducible material defects within the stated correction period.
9. Recurring services
Recurring plans may be canceled for future billing according to the plan terms. Fees already earned for the current service period are not refundable. Cancellation does not erase unpaid charges or obligations relating to work already authorized.
10. How to request a cancellation or refund
Submit the request through the WebSourcy contact page and include the order number, service name, reason, relevant dates and supporting details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical. Bank and processor timing is outside WebSourcy’s control.
11. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact WebSourcy and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension of services and recovery of completed work and related costs to the extent permitted by law.
12. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights available under applicable law. Questions should be submitted through the WebSourcy contact page.
