Revision Policy

We offer design modifications depending on the plan selected by the client. Customers may request unlimited complimentary adjustments as long as the original concept and design direction remain unchanged. The standard timeframe for implementing revisions is 48 hours.

Fair Usage Policy:
While we provide unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction, this is capped at 30 revisions per project, after which additional charges will apply.

Refund and Cancellation Policy / Money-Back Guarantee*

Our refund and cancellation procedures are intended to protect both the client and Web Sourcy. The following conditions apply when a cancellation occurs unless Web Sourcy terminates the agreement for reasons unrelated to breach or non-performance by the client.

All refund requests will be handled according to these conditions:

• You are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, provided no designs have been delivered or revision requests submitted during this period. Change-of-mind refunds after this timeframe will not be honored.
• If cancellation occurs before the delivery of the initial design(s), a full refund (less a 10% processing and service fee) is available.
• If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of delivery of the initial design, a 66% refund (less a 10% processing and service fee) applies.
• If cancellation occurs between 48 and 120 hours after initial delivery, a 33% refund (less a 10% processing and service fee) applies.
• No refunds will be granted after 120 hours from initial design delivery; however, we encourage clients to contact us regarding any concerns as we strive for 100% satisfaction.
• No refunds will be provided if there has been no activity on the order for 30 days post-order placement. To reactivate a dormant project, a reactivation fee will apply depending on project scope.
• No refunds once final files have been delivered.
• For website development packages: no refunds once the website build has been completed or deployed live.

Refund requests must be directed to Web Sourcy’s support team, who will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis according to these terms.

Custom package refunds will apply individually based on the component service’s refund terms.
For example: If you approve the logo portion of a combined logo and website package, a refund may be claimed for the web design portion only if requested before initial website design delivery.

Refund eligibility requires a valid reason consistent with the design brief and revision feedback provided. Refunds are not issued unless designs demonstrably fail to meet the agreed brief; however, additional revisions will be offered until satisfaction is achieved.

Our Money-Back Guarantee assumes good faith ordering. If a customer commissions multiple design agencies for the same project intending to seek refunds, Web Sourcy reserves the right to reject refund requests.

Design projects depend on client feedback to achieve results; clients are expected to participate actively in the process.

The 100% Unique Design Guarantee allows for a redraw if a design is found substantially similar to an existing logo. Any resemblance will be coincidental; Web Sourcy accepts no liability or financial responsibility in such cases. It remains the client’s duty to secure copyright for their design.

How to Request a Refund

We will first attempt resolution under our revision policy. If unresolved, our refund department will confirm refund approval by email.

Upon refund approval, all rights to the design transfer back to Web Sourcy. The client may not display, use, or claim any versions of the refunded design. Additionally:

• By accepting a refund, you relinquish all direct or indirect rights to the refunded designs or related content.
• Web Sourcy may share copyright revocation information with copyright authorities, preventing re-use of refunded designs.

My Account Policy

The “My Account” portal is the primary method for communication and project updates. Clients are responsible for checking this portal for project updates, queries, or revision requests. Failure to do so does not constitute valid grounds for a refund. For assistance, clients may contact our support team.

Reactivation Policy

Orders will be archived if the client is non-responsive for 45 days. Clients may notify us in advance to hold a project due to personal reasons. Projects reactivated after 45 days incur a $150 reactivation fee.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Some features of our services may use third-party software or services. Use of such features constitutes your agreement to those third-party terms, which may change at their discretion.

Delivery Policy

Design files will be delivered to your account portal by the date specified in your Order Confirmation email. You will receive an email notification upon delivery.

• Orders include a reference number for tracking and revision submission.
• Delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
• Rush Delivery is available: receive initial logo samples within 24 hours for an additional $100.
