Effective date: August 31, 2026

These Service Terms govern professional services purchased from Web Sourcy Inc. (“WebSourcy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a service, approving a proposal, or authorizing work, the customer agrees to these terms and to the scope shown on the applicable product page, proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

1. Service scope

Each service includes only the deliverables, hours, pages, platforms, revisions and other items expressly identified in the selected package. Examples, consultations and preliminary discussions do not expand the purchased scope. Any additional request requires written approval and may require a new quote.

2. Project start and delivery

A project begins after payment and after WebSourcy receives all required access, content, instructions and approvals. Estimated delivery times are business-day estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Customer delays, incomplete information, third-party outages, hosting restrictions, security incidents and material scope changes pause or extend the schedule.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information, lawful content, valid licenses and authorized access to websites, hosting, domains, business accounts and third-party services. The customer represents that it has permission to use every logo, image, text, database, credential and other asset supplied to WebSourcy. The customer must maintain independent backups unless backup creation is expressly included.

4. Access and security

WebSourcy will use supplied access only to perform authorized work. Customers should create temporary or limited accounts when possible and rotate sensitive credentials after completion. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Security, malware-removal and protection services reduce risk but do not guarantee that future attacks, failures or data loss will not occur.

5. Revisions and approvals

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an included deliverable, not a new concept, feature or scope. Revision limits are listed on the product page. Requests should be consolidated and submitted within seven calendar days of delivery unless another period is stated. A deliverable is considered accepted when approved in writing, placed into production, or not disputed with specific details within that period.

6. Change requests and additional work

Requests outside the purchased package may be quoted at a fixed price or hourly rate. WebSourcy will not perform material additional work without customer approval. Unused hours or deliverables are not transferable unless expressly stated.

7. Third-party services and fees

Hosting, domains, templates, premium plugins, APIs, advertising spend, payment-processing charges, stock assets and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, fail or become unavailable. WebSourcy is not responsible for a third party’s acts, policies, downtime, compatibility changes or account decisions.

8. Payments

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. Payment is due according to the product page, proposal or invoice. WebSourcy may pause work for overdue amounts. Deposits, completed milestones, purchased licenses and completed labor are non-refundable except as provided in the published Cancellation and Refund Policy or required by law.

9. Ownership and licenses

After full payment, the customer receives ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for the project, excluding WebSourcy tools, reusable components, methods, templates, pre-existing materials and third-party assets. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses.

10. Results and professional limitations

WebSourcy does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, conversions, advertising approval, platform verification or specific business results. GDPR, privacy, accessibility, tax, security and regulatory configuration services provide technical assistance and are not legal, accounting or compliance certification services.

11. Warranty and correction period

WebSourcy will correct a reproducible material defect in an included deliverable reported with reasonable detail within fourteen calendar days after delivery. This does not cover customer changes, third-party updates, hosting problems, unauthorized access, new requirements or software outside the stated compatibility.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSourcy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. WebSourcy’s aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Suspension and termination

WebSourcy may suspend or terminate work involving unlawful activity, abuse, security risks, nonpayment, prohibited content or lack of necessary cooperation. The customer remains responsible for authorized work completed and nonrecoverable costs incurred.

14. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received for the project, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute directly.

16. Contact and updates

Questions may be submitted through the WebSourcy contact page. The version in effect when a service is purchased governs that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
