Every package lists its exact scope. Depending on the level, it may include strategy, responsive design, pages or sections, forms, analytics, technical SEO, security fundamentals, performance work, automation and an initial Care+ period.

Premium hosting, domains, paid licenses, advertising spend, app-store fees, mass product entry, professional photography and functions outside the written scope are separate unless expressly included.

The standard price reflects the normal value of the defined scope. A launch offer is a real limited promotional price. Any eligibility, deadline or scope restriction is shown before purchase.

Launch projects include one consolidated round, Growth projects two and Authority or Scale projects three unless a proposal states otherwise. A round means one organized list of feedback. New features or scope changes are quoted separately.

Typical timelines begin after required content, access and approvals are received. A focused website may take 7–14 business days; larger websites, stores and applications require a project-specific schedule.

After full payment, the client receives the completed deliverables and ownership rights described in the agreement. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, themes, stock media and platform licenses remain governed by their own licenses.

Yes. We can audit, redesign, migrate, improve performance, repair security issues and stabilize existing WordPress, WooCommerce and other digital systems. Sensitive work is tested in staging first whenever practical.

Yes. We build WooCommerce or Shopify stores, checkout flows, product systems, subscriptions and selected marketplace capabilities. Complex marketplaces require discovery because vendors, commissions, inventory and payment routing materially affect scope.

SEO improves visibility in traditional search. GEO and AEO organize authoritative content so search assistants and AI-generated answers can understand and cite your business. Results depend on competition, authority, content and time; rankings are never guaranteed.

Care+ is optional ongoing support after launch. It can include supervised updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, form testing, small changes, performance, analytics, SEO and continuous improvements according to the selected plan.

No. Scale Care allows unlimited requests submitted to a queue, normally completed one at a time under a fair-use policy. It does not include unlimited simultaneous work, complete new websites, new applications or work outside the stated request limit.

Yes, according to the cancellation terms shown at enrollment. Recurring billing is activated only with express consent. Work already completed, used time and third-party charges remain payable.

Approved fixed-price services can be purchased through the secure checkout. Larger or custom projects may use milestones or deposits defined in a proposal. WebSourcy never needs your full card number through a contact form or chat.

Because digital services reserve production time and create custom work, payments are governed by the refund and cancellation provisions in the Terms and the applicable proposal. Contact us promptly if a project concern arises.

We can recommend, configure or manage hosting and domains, but third-party charges and ownership terms are disclosed separately. Clients should retain administrative ownership of essential accounts whenever possible.

Yes. WebSourcy provides bilingual strategy, content adaptation, forms and customer-facing experiences in English and Spanish. Professional localization is more than automatic word-for-word translation.

WPBot provides automated assistance outside live-agent hours. Human live-chat coverage is Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.
