• Mixed-content scan of key public pages
• Malware and suspicious-file scan using available hosting or WordPress tools
• Basic WordPress hardening review
• Plugin, theme and core update assessment
• One backup before approved corrective work when hosting access permits
• Summary of findings and completed actions

Delivery

Initial review is normally completed within 2–4 business days after valid WordPress and hosting access is received. Severe infections, blocked hosting accounts or unavailable third-party services may require additional time and a separate quote.

Not included

• Paid SSL certificates, premium security licenses or hosting fees
• Server reconstruction, blacklist removal or extensive malware recovery
• Repair of custom code, hacked databases or unsupported software
• Ongoing monitoring after delivery
• A guarantee that a website can never be attacked again

Authorization and backups

Web Sourcy Inc. will not delete files or make material destructive changes without authorization. The client must provide legitimate administrative access and is responsible for preserving independent backups when available.

Service conditions

The fee becomes non-refundable after diagnostic work begins, except where required by law or when Web Sourcy Inc. cannot materially perform the stated review. Additional remediation is quoted before work proceeds. Subject to the WebSourcy Service Terms and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
